Custom-Made Products
All of our jerseys are made-to-order according to your selected design, colors, names, and numbers. Because each jersey is personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like size, style, or design preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your jersey arrives with:
A manufacturing defect,
A printing error, or
An incorrect item
…please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request assistance:
Email us at support@drakyntho.com with your order number.
Include photos of the defect or error.
Provide a short description of the problem.
Once approved, we will:
Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
Send a replacement jersey at no additional cost.

Gift cards or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
